Currently,the battle among many nations eventually comes down to knowledge levels.Knowledge has always been a potent tool for a country to gain the upper hand over rival nations because it is their greatest strategic resource.As an important knowledge creator,manufacturing is an important cornerstone of a country’s comprehensive national strength.New digital characteristics have been developed by the manufacturing industry’s innovation ecosystem,particularly during the period of rapid development of the new generation of technology.How can the manufacturing sector maximize the benefits of the ecosystem’s input of digital innovation resources and further deepen the growth of digital innovation in order to realize the objective of high-quality and high-level knowledge creation? Therefore,more research is needed to determine how the manufacturing digital innovation ecosystem and resource input influence knowledge creation.As a result,the manufacturing industry serves as the research subject for this essay.Through a thorough analysis of pertinent research materials and theories,it divides digital innovation resource input in this sector into five categories: digital innovation human resource,digital innovation material resource,digital innovation financial resource,digital innovation digital resource,and digital innovation technology resource.Then it discusses the influence of digital innovation resource input on knowledge creation.Concurrently,it analyzes mediation function of digital innovation ecosystem between digital innovation resource input and knowledge creation.Second,the hypothesis content of this work is proposed and the conceptual model is obtained based on the already-existing theoretical foundation.Then,Smartpls software tool is used to verify the hypothesis,and the regression model and Stata statistical tool are replaced to test the robustness of the results.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote knowledge creation by strengthening the investment of digital innovation resources in manufacturing industry,participating in the activities of digital innovation ecosystem to realize knowledge creation,and strengthening the coordinated development of digital innovation resources and systems to ensure knowledge creation,so as to achieve efficient knowledge creation.According to the findings,each of the five categories of digital creative resources has a favorable impact on the knowledge creation of manufacturing to varying degrees.The digital innovation ecosystem plays a positive role in knowledge creation.At the same time,digital innovation ecosystem functions as a bridge between digital innovation resource input and knowledge creation.In order to achieve the goal of lowering cost,increasing efficiency,and raising quality,it is effective to boost knowledge creation in our manufacturing by engaging in digital innovation activities and creating a digital innovation ecosystem.This study will help the manufacturing industry’s digital innovation process move more quickly,it is very important for making the best use of digital innovation resource input,building a digital innovation ecosystem more quickly,and combining the two to have a combined impact on manufacturing knowledge creation.
