| In the context of the digital age,the external environment is becoming more and more complex.Digital intelligence empowerment not only provides new impetus for innovation and development,but also brings severe challenges.The regional innovation ecosystem takes value co-creation as the core goal and is an important carrier for resource exchange and collaborative innovation of various innovation entities.Under the strategic requirements of innovation-driven development,it is urgent to reduce the risks brought by uncertainty disturbance to the regional innovation ecosystem and realize its high-quality and sustainable development.Due to the different local resource endowments and development paths of each regional innovation ecosystem,external shocks lead to differences in the degree of damage and resilience of internal structures,and systems with high vulnerability may even collapse.As the inherent attribute of regional innovation ecosystem,the level of resilience determines the sensitivity,vulnerability and resilience of the system.Evaluating the resilience level of regional innovation ecosystem can not only ensure the sustainable development of regional innovation ecosystem,but also provide new ideas for narrowing the development imbalance between regions.By studying the components and interrelationships of regional innovation ecosystem,this paper summarizes the change process of regional innovation ecosystem network structure from value chain to value galaxy and finally to value network under external shocks.Then,the ecological perspective and resilience perspective are connected to analyze the evolution mechanism of regional innovation ecosystem resilience,and a four-dimensional mechanism framework for the successful evolution of regional innovation ecosystem resilience under external shocks is proposed,namely risk prevention and control mechanism,support guarantee mechanism,collaborative operation mechanism and value-added mechanism,and the ability of different mechanisms is the external representation of resilience.Next,on the basis of this logical framework,the evaluation index system of regional innovation ecosystem resilience is constructed.Finally,30 provinces in China are selected as research areas to comprehensively evaluate and analyze their resilience level.On this basis,cluster analysis and obstacle factor analysis are used to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the resilience level of innovation ecosystems in different regions,and then from talents,digital technology,network scale,industry-university-research cooperation,network openness,industrial structure optimization,innovation input-output ratio and other aspects put forward targeted strategies.On the one hand,this study points out the direction for governments at all levels to formulate policies and provides guidance for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure of regional innovation ecosystem.On the other hand,it combines ecology and resilience to provide effective support for the high-quality development of regional innovation ecosystem from a new perspective. |
