Study On Countermeasures For The Development Of Modern Agricultural Park In Xiaoyi City

In the 21st century,as the urbanization of the countryside continues to accelerate,resulting in the gradual migration of the rural population to the cities in large batches,the proportion of the agricultural population gradually decreases.In order to cope with various risks,the agricultural industry has become the key and the development of modern agriculture has become the focus of rural revitalization.The development of modern agriculture plays a vital role in rural issues and the improvement of rural economy and farmers’ income,and can solve the "three rural problems".At the same time,as the country attaches importance to the modernization of agriculture and people’s demand for quality and safety of agricultural products,modern agricultural parks have emerged,and the construction of modern agricultural parks has gradually become one of the important ways to modernize agriculture.The construction of modern agricultural park helps to change the agricultural production mode,improve the level of agricultural science and technology,and promote the modernization of traditional agriculture,which has an important promotion role and practical significance.Xiaoyi Modern Agricultural Park is located in Xiaoyi City,Lvliang City,Shanxi Province,and is one of the first batch of modern agricultural parks in Shanxi Province.In recent years,the park has gradually realized the transformation and upgrading from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and the industrial structure has been gradually optimized and the competitiveness of enterprises has been improved,which is of great help not only to the farmers and enterprises in the park,but also to the economy of Xiaoyi City as a whole.However,there are still many problems and challenges in the current development of modern agricultural parks in Xiaoyi City.This paper takes agricultural location theory,growth pole theory and technological innovation theory as the theoretical basis,and studies countermeasures for the development of modern agricultural parks in Xiaoyi City by using various methods such as literature search,field research and quantitative analysis.Firstly,we analyzed the current problems of the park through field survey and found that the following problems exist in the park:lagging investment and financing system,lack of high-level talents,weak scientific and technological innovation ability,unreasonable land planning,and weak brand promotion power.Through questionnaire survey and field survey of 210 farmers in the modern agricultural park in Xiaoyi City,we collected data related to farmers’ views on the development of the park.And SPSS25.0 research tool and multiple regression were used to analyze the factors influencing the development of modern agricultural parks in Xiaoyi City.The results show that technology and talents,brand industrialization,park management committee,and government guarantee have significant effects on the overall development degree of the park,and finally,from the perspective of influencing factors,countermeasure suggestions are proposed to promote the development of modern agricultural parks in Xiaoyi City,including improving the investment and financing system and increasing policy support;establishing a mechanism for introducing talents and integrating production,learning and research;strengthening scientific and technological innovation and R&D and improving the scientific research system;accelerating land mode integration and guarantee the interests of farmers;improve the level of product processing industry and increase publicity.The relevant countermeasure suggestions derived will lay a theoretical foundation and provide a reference for the future development of modern agricultural parks.
