| The only way for agricultural development in our country is to accelerate theagricultural technological innovation, and to transit from traditional agriculture tomodern agriculture as soon as possible. Jilin Province is a big province for agriculturein our country. Changchun, provincial capital city of Jilin, should not only meet theprovincial and national requirements of agricultural modernization, but also toaccumulate practical experience for Jilin Province and our country, which can beachieved by identifying the trend of overseas agricultural science and technologyevolution, grasping all the opportunities for developing agricultural science andtechnology, and trying to improve the ability of agricultural science and technologyinnovation.The work is based on generic technical innovation and economics theories withthe combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to indicates the developmentof agricultural technology and the dominant factors which involves in the innovationof agricultural science in Changchun according to a large range of literature readings.Meanwhile, several corresponding measurements are raised here in order to provokethe competence of agricultural technology in Changchun.The main research content and conclusions of this article are as follows:Firstly, it expounds the background and significance of the agricultural scientificand technological innovation, summarizes the research status domestic and oversea,and has confirmed the research contents, methods and technical routesSecondly, the basic theories of agricultural innovation technology and currentstatus of modern agriculture abroad are presented. Based on a large number of readings, the paper briefly refers to innovation theory, technological innovation theory,agricultural science and the connotation, characteristics, functions of agriculturalrevolutions. At the same time, the modern agriculture improvement of typical foreigncountries are summarized, which lay a foundation for the later research.Thirdly, this paper studies the current situation of agricultural scientific andtechnological innovation in Changchun. By interviewing investigation, we find outthe present situation and summary the exist problems，which lay the practicalfoundation for later research.Fourthly, it analyzes the influence factors of agricultural scientific andtechnological innovation. It determines the key affecting factors by means ofcomprehensive analysis, which provide the basis for later suggestions in this paper.Fifthly, it proposes the countermeasure of the development of Changchunagricultural scientific and technological innovation. Aiming at the key influencingfactors about this problem, lessons from other cities’ experience and measures can bedrew to develop the countermeasures of agricultural scientific and technologicalinnovation in Changchun. |
