With the continuous progress of society and the development of China’s market economy,China has gone through a period of simply pursuing development speed.Economic development has gradually slowed down and turned to pursuing development quality. The problems existing in rural development are increasingly becoming apparent.Developing the rural collective economy in the new era is an important breakthrough in solving the development problems of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers,as well as consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and achieving rural revitalization. Therefore, developing the rural collective economy well is the primary task of current rural development. The main purpose of this thesis is to explore and study the factors that affect the development of rural collective economy in the region. The data shows that there are unbalanced and insufficient phenomena in the development of the rural collective economy in this region.Based on relevant theories and previous research literature, the village collective economic income is taken as the dependent variable, and 11 explanatory variables are selected from 5 factors including village resource endowment, village geographical location, organizational management factors, village collective operation status, and village public service construction to construct a multiple linear regression model.Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS Statistics 25.0.The results showed that the number of village party members, liabilities, operational expenses, collective management expenses, and public service expenses had a significant impact on the collective economic income of the village. Finally, based on the results of multiple linear regression, targeted policy recommendations were made for the development of local rural collective economy:strengthening grassroots management and enhancing the leading role of party building;Actively driving villagers and leveraging the power of the masses;Expand more development paths and expand industrial scale;Improve the construction of various supporting facilities and establish a long-term management and protection mechanism.
