Research On The Application Of Rough Set Attribute Reduction In The Valuation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enterprises

In recent years,the state has issued a number of TCM-related documents to strengthen high-level planning and guidance from the aspects of TCM R&D and innovation,support TCM inheritance and innovation,and promote the healthy and long-term development of TCM industry,and the value and importance of TCM inheritance and innovation will be further reflected.Chinese medicine enterprises are the important pillar of the development of Chinese medicine industry.With the implementation of the development plan of Chinese medicine modernization,more and more high-quality Chinese medicine enterprises choose to enter the capital market.Although the capital market provides more possibilities for investment and financing activities of TCM enterprises,the decline of the TCM sector since 2022 has also exposed the fragility of its valuation in the capital market,which has raised higher requirements for the value assessment activities related to TCM enterprises.The shortcomings of traditional enterprise value assessment methods,such as parameter prediction problems,may not fully meet the requirements of Chinese medicine enterprise value assessment,and there is a need to establish a more applicable,scientific and reasonable,and targeted Chinese medicine enterprise value assessment index system and apply more scientific and reasonable assessment methods to ensure the interests of all parties to the transaction.By introducing the theory of rough set and using its own data mining function to obtain the core index system of Chinese medicine enterprise value and the corresponding index weights,avoiding the subjectivity of other index weight determination methods such as hierarchical analysis and expert experience method,and constructing a model for Chinese medicine enterprise value assessment on the basis of the assessment report,it can not only provide ideas and references for Chinese medicine enterprise value assessment,but also It can provide decision support for restructuring,mergers and equity acquisitions among Chinese medicine enterprises.Starting from enterprise value assessment theory and rough set theory,we take Chinese medicine enterprises as the research object and analyze their development status and problems.After screening the indicators based on the principles of completeness and importance,scientific and applicability,and operability,we established a value assessment index system for TCM enterprises.56 listed TCM enterprises were selected as samples and their related data were obtained,and the data were discretized and simplified by using Rosetta software to obtain the indexes based on asset-liability ratio,financial leverage coefficient,total assets The value evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises was obtained with the core of asset-liability ratio,financial leverage coefficient,total assets turnover ratio,total assets growth rate and net sales margin.By estimating the price range,index weights and scores,a model for valuation of TCM enterprises was established,and Kang’enbei Health Technology Co.,Ltd.was selected as a case to illustrate the specific application of the valuation model.Finally,in view of the problems related to the valuation of Chinese medicine enterprises,solutions are proposed in three aspects:standardizing the access to parameters,improving the asset valuation market system,and enhancing the quality of intangible asset information.
