Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of national economy has benefited from the continuous progress of science and technology.In the 14 th Five-Year Plan,scientific and technological innovation has occupied a major strategic position.As an important carrier of national rejuvenation through science and technology,high-tech enterprises are the main force to promote the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,the core force to implement the innovation-driven development strategy,and play an important role in optimizing industrial structure,promoting high-quality economic development and enhancing international competitiveness.In the present and future a longer period of time,the development of the enterprise the realization of strategic goals or not will determine our country power,therefore,Great importance must be attached to the development of such enterprises,through to the high and new technology enterprise to delve into the corporate governance structure,find out the key factors influencing the business performance,targeted improvement measures are proposed to help improve the market competitiveness,Can promote the sustained and healthy development of our economy,the enhancement of comprehensive national strength and the realization of powerful country’s strategic goal.After investigating a number of enterprises,this paper chooses Aerospace DQ Company,a representative listed company of high-tech in Guizhou,as the research object.Through field interviews,it is understood that there is a certain relationship between corporate governance and corporate performance of this company,so as to determine the research direction of this paper.After extensive reading of relevant literature at home and abroad,in the selection of performance indicators,comprehensive consideration of the four indicators of safety,turnover,profitability and growth,through the factor analysis method to obtain a comprehensive model of performance.In terms of corporate governance,this paper mainly analyzes the status quo of five factors that are easy to affect performance,namely the shareholding ratio of controlling shareholders,the proportion of independent directors,executive compensation,tax incentives,and the shareholding ratio of institutional investors,and assumes the influence of these five factors on performance.After determining the indicators selected in this study,the annual report data of Aerospace DQ Company for18 years from 2004 to 2021 were downloaded from Jichao Information Network as samples,and the data model was constructed through linear regression,and the data of the research object was substituted into the model for hypothesis testing.It is concluded that the increase of the five factors of controlling shareholders’ shareholding ratio,independent directors’ proportion,executive compensation,tax incentives and institutional investors’ shareholding ratio can promote the growth of business performance.This paper chooses Aerospace DQ Company,a representative company in the high-tech industry,as a case study,which can not only enrich theoretical knowledge in this field,but also put forward specific optimization suggestions and have practical significance.In terms of the selection of performance indicators,in order to evaluate the company’s performance objectively and comprehensively,the key indicators covering the four fields of security,liquidity,profitability and growth that are valued by the company are selected to build a comprehensive performance model to measure the company’s performance more accurately.In addition,based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward feasible guidance and suggestions for Aerospace DQ Company,including building a relatively centralized but checkable ownership structure,increasing the proportion of independent directors and guaranteeing independence,improving executive compensation and improving the evaluation mechanism,etc.,which can not only be used to optimize the corporate governance structure of Aerospace DQ Company,but also be used as a reference for other high-tech enterprises.
