With the gradual improvement of people’s material level,the development of tourism has entered the image-leading stage,and people pay more attention to emotional and spiritual satisfaction in tourism activities.Especially with the development and popularization of Internet technology,more and more tourists express their feelings by publishing travel notes and comments through network platforms,making network text gradually become an important channel for tourists to understand the information sources of tourist destinations,and network evaluation has also become an important basis for tourists to make decisions.China’s tourism image shaping has always been an important research direction of tourism development.The research of tourism image can not only improve the tourism image,but also provide new ideas for the development of tourism.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant literature in the research field of "Hebei tourism",adopts the bibliometry method to analyze the literature from different angles,understand the research status and research focus in this field,and strive to provide theoretical basis for the scientific and standardization of network information.Second,in Hebei province as the research object,using the content analysis,the travel software on the network travel notes and destination evaluation for mining,research design,for the research content to establish exclusive dictionary and analysis category,through the Hebei tourism cognitive image and emotional image,and the official release on the content of the social platform arrangement and then official projection image,from tourism resources,tourism activities,tourism environment,tourism facilities four aspects analyzed the differences with Hebei tourism perception image.Finally,referring to the perceived image of tourists and the official projection image,suggestions are put forward to improve the tourism image of Hebei province.According to the above analysis of Hebei image of tourism,it is as follows:(1)the tourists have the strongest cognition of cultural tourism resources and the weakest cognition of tourism facilities.Moreover,the tourists’ emotional cognition of the image of Hebei tourism destination is mainly positive,with the overall satisfaction and recommendation willingness being high.(2)There are differences between the perceived image of tourists and the official projected image,and the cognition of tourism resources has common points.However,there are many dislocations in tourism activities and facilities,and the authorities should pay attention to them.(3)In order to further shape and enhance the tourism image of Hebei Province,strengthen the integration of tourism resources;improve tourism facilities;improve service quality;innovate tourism products;expand marketing channels to enrich the tourism image of Hebei Province,so as to improve the core competitiveness of tourism.
