| The advent of the era of intelligent manufacturing has made the environment of manufacturing enterprises more turbulent and changeable,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of traditional manufacturing enterprises.Facing the increasingly changing and complex market environment,manufacturing enterprises are gradually integrating with the Internet to realize information sharing and innovative collaboration among different organizations.The application of Internet technology has broken the original barriers of supply and demand.On the one hand,companies can break through the original boundaries,grasp the changing market demand in a timely and accurate manner,and achieve a high degree of market information sharing;on the other hand,companies use Internet big data technology to expand supply Scope,realize the integration of external creativity,information,resources,etc.of the enterprise with the original resources of the enterprise,and realize open innovation.The volatile market demand is reflected in the current consumers’ high degree of personalization.In order to respond to changing needs,companies build platforms and publish customer needs on the platform,with the help of the public to meet consumer needs,and thus the internal crowdsourcing model was born.This study takes Coolte Intelligence and Shenyang Machine Tool as the case study objects,starts from the theoretical perspective of collaborative incentives,follows the basic logic and principles of the case study,and explores the changes in the participants of the enterprise’s internal crowdsourcing platform at different stages of enterprise development and the various Collaborative incentive mechanism between subjects.The research conclusions found that:(1)First,the integration of smart manufacturing companies and "crowdsourcing" platforms is an evolutionary process.In these two stages,the company’s focus on products and the focus on the market can provide a foundation for subsequent companies to build an internal"crowdsourcing" platform.In the individualization-oriented stage,intelligent manufacturing companies realize that only by contacting Internet technology to introduce the "crowdsourcing" model into the enterprise and building an internal"crowdsourcing" platform can the user’s pursuit of individualization be realized.(2)The main body of collaborative incentives also changes with the evolution of the enterprise’s internal "crowdsourcing" platform construction.As the subject of collaborative incentives has changed in the course of evolution,the sequence parameters and the content of sequence parameters of collaborative incentives between different subjects in different stages have also been different.(3)Although there are differences in the subjects of collaborative incentives,collaborative incentive sequence parameters,and collaborative incentive sequence parameters at different stages,there is a core core of the collaborative incentive mechanism of the internal "crowdsourcing" platform of intelligent manufacturing enterprises throughout the process.The common point is from the product-oriented self-incentive mechanism to the market-oriented dual-agent interactive collaborative incentive mechanism and the personalized-oriented multi-layer coupling collaborative incentive mechanism. |
