Study On Integrated Development Of Winter Jujube Industry In Dali County,Shaanxi Province

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress and the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee in 2023 both stressed the need to promote the development of rural characteristic industries and the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,so as to realize the revitalization of rural industries and increase farmers’ income and make them rich.In recent years,Dali County,as a major county with winter jujube characteristics,has actively responded to the call of national rural revitalization,timely proposed the "1+"development concept,and promoted the deep integration of three industries on the basis of focusing on the development of primary agriculture,giving full play to the superimposed effect of primary agriculture,laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive rural revitalization of Dali County.Therefore,in-depth research on the integrated development of the winter jujube industry in Dali County not only provides new development opportunities for the development of local characteristic agriculture and farmers’ income and prosperity,but also has extremely important strategic significance for the sustainable growth of rural economy and the comprehensive realization of rural revitalization in Dali County.Based on the relevant theories and literature review of industrial integration development at home and abroad,this paper first reviewed the general situation of the development of winter jujube industry and the situation of the integration development of three industries in Dali County.Then through the case analysis of industrial-integration and the questionnaire survey of jujube farmers,it analyzed the willingness,mode selection and economic benefits of jujube farmers in Dali County to participate in industrial integration.Then,it deeply analyzes the problems in the process of the integrated development of the winter jujube industry in Dali County,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the integrated development of the winter jujube industry in Dali County by referring to the domestic experience of Zhanhua in Shandong province and Huanghua in Hebei province.This study found that the winter jujube industry in Dali County has increased the income of farmers and expanded the rural economy in the process of integrated development,but it also faces many problems:weak subject ability,insufficient policy support,low degree of industrial integration,loose interest linkage mechanism and so on.Therefore,in order to promote the integrated development of winter jujube industry in Dali County,better promote the income of farmers and enhance the vitality of county economic development,it is necessary to put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions:to stimulate the integration drive by cultivating the integration subject ability;Increase policy support and strengthen the effect of policy implementation;Broaden the industrial links,enhance the degree of integration;We will improve the mechanism of interest linkage and innovate the mode of linkage.To promote the integrated development of Dali County jujube industry and enhance regional economic power.
