Analysis On The Path To The Revitalization Of Planting Industry In Dali County,Shaanxi Province

For a long time,the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been a fundamental issue concerning China's national economy and people's livelihood.In order to get rid of the long-standing rural situation that "rural areas are not beautiful,agriculture is not strong,and farmers are not rich",general secretary xi jinping clearly put forward the rural revitalization strategy in his report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC).During the 2018 NPC and CPPCC sessions,general secretary xi jinping made a scientific judgment on how to implement the "five vitalizations" of the rural revitalization strategy when attending the deliberation of the shandong delegation.He stressed that "rural vitalization should be promoted from five aspects:industrial vitalization,talent vitalization,cultural vitalization,ecological vitalization and organizational vitalization".Among them,industrial revitalization,as the first of the "five vitalization",is the foundation and breakthrough of rural vitalization.With the large-scale implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy,since 2017,Dali county in shaanxi province has taken the planting industry as the leading role in developing rural industry;promoting farmers'income and promoting rural development by combining local characteristics.Through literature review and field research,this paper studies the practical path of Dali county's rural industry.Firstly,based on the analysis of the background and significance of the development of Dali county's rural industry,the author conducted field research and collected relevant data to analyze the current situation of Dali county's industrial development.Secondly,based on the survey data,the existing problems in the industrial development process of Dali county are analyzed in detail,such as the economic benefit decline of planting industrial parks,the technical level of planting remains to be improved,the lack of funds restricts the expansion of farmers'scale,the low brand value of agricultural products and the imperfect deep processing system of products.Finally,aiming at specific problems put forward the practical path of Dali county rural industry development,from strengthen planting park management,increase government funding support,improve the level of farmers planting skills,enhance the brand value of agricultural products,perfect the system of the agricultural products deep processing and other aspects of analysis,the hope can provide to Dali county industrial revitalization has reference significance.
