Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the concept of"Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" has become a consensus in the whole society.Various regions have adhered to green development and actively explored the path of coordinated development and protection.As an important part of green development,the renewable resources industry has also achieved positive results.Many outstanding scholars in China have conducted valuable research and exploration from the perspective of the overall development of the renewable resources industry.However,relatively little research has been conducted on the positioning,development strategies,and related supporting measures of China’s renewable resources enterprises.As the implementing body of the Suzhou renewable resources recycling and utilization network system,SZ Renewable Resources Company has a certain representativeness in the industry.How to leverage its advantages and core competencies through strategic management,further clarify the company’s development strategy,refine specific measures,and achieve sustained,healthy and benign operation has become a major issue that must be addressed in the future development process of SZ Renewable Resources Company.This article is guided by strategic management theories such as growth theory and core competence theory.Based on a review of domestic and foreign enterprise strategic management theories,research methods such as case analysis and questionnaire survey are used to systematically study SZ Renewable Resources Company.Firstly,through the PEST model and Porter’s five forces model,the external macro environment and industry environment of the enterprise are analyzed.The key external factors are analyzed by the EFE matrix with quantified external opportunities and threats.The weighted score of 2.67 indicates that opportunities outweigh threats.Secondly,the internal environment of SZ Renewable Resources Company is analyzed in depth from the perspectives of the company’s strategy,resources,and capabilities.The key internal factors affecting the company’s competitiveness are analyzed by the IFE matrix with quantified internal strengths and weaknesses.The weighted score of 3.11 indicates that strengths outweigh weaknesses.Then,the SWOT matrix is used to conduct a combination analysis of opportunities,threats,strengths,and weaknesses which formulates alternative strategies that can be adopted.The usage the QSPM matrix optimizes the alternative strategies and determines that SZ Renewable Resources Company should adopt a growth strategy to gain competitive advantages.Finally,this article proposes specific strategic implementation and guarantee measures.It formulates specific measures from three aspects:expanding the Suzhou market,expanding new recycling categories,and developing new businesses.Combined with the company’s actual situation,this article formulates corresponding guarantee measures from four aspects:increasing policy and financial support,optimizing human resource allocation,enhancing corporate brand image,and strengthening the construction of corporate culture to ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s development strategy.
