Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In Attracting Investment From Luzhi Town,Wuzhong District,Suzhou City

Attracting investment is an important means for local governments to develop their economy.Through investment promotion,capital,technology and advanced management experience can be absorbed and introduced,and the overall economic and social development of the region can be realized.With the gradual deepening of my country’s service-oriented government construction,local governments’ past excessive participation in the micro-economy through traditional investment promotion methods have been incompatible with the development requirements of the market economy,and they have faced many new and old contradictions in the process of promoting highquality economic development.,It is urgent to change the way in which the local government’s investment promotion function performs its duties,and explore new ways for local governments to participate in investment promotion activities.Over the past period of time,the government of Luzhi Town in Suzhou City has been playing a leading role.As the economic development continues to move towards high quality,Luzhi Town’s investment promotion has encountered certain new contradictions and difficulties,and economic development is in urgent need of improvement and reform.In this context,how the Luzhi Township government should transform its functions in the economic activity of attracting investment and how to play a better role has become a topic that needs urgent research.This article uses literature analysis,case analysis and other research methods to comprehensively analyze the current situation,practice and effectiveness of the Luzhi Town government’s investment promotion.Research shows that in recent years,the Luzhi Town Government has adopted measures such as taking industrial high-standard factory buildings as a carrier,focusing on performance evaluation,actively launching foreign investment promotion,and improving quality service levels,and has achieved certain results and achieved certain results.The amount of investment has increased year by year.,The landing efficiency has been gradually improved,which has promoted the further optimization of the local economic structure.However,Luzhi Town still has problems such as excessive government administrative intervention in investment promotion,insufficient execution of industrial planning,and insufficient professionalism of the investment promotion team in the investment promotion process.It also points out that the degree of marketization of investment promotion is not high,and the industry lacks science.Analyze the reasons for the insufficient incentive mechanism of planning and investment promotion team,and put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to further improve the investment promotion work and promote the high-quality economic development of Luzhi Town.
