Research Of Farmers’ Land Circulation Intention And Influence Factors Under The Background Of The Three Powers Division

Since 2016,China has implemented the "separation of three rights" reform for farmers’ contracted land,which splits the original land contracting and management rights into land contracting rights and operating rights.This reform not only fully activates land resources and weakens the disadvantages brought by the household contract responsibility system,but also greatly promotes rural economic growth.Therefore,it has become an urgent need to understand whether the "separation of three rights"reform will improve the efficiency of farmers’ land circulation,and how to formulate reasonable policies to promote land circulation.This article starts from the factors that affect farmers’ willingness to transfer land,and takes the land rent theory,rational small-scale farming theory,and economies of scale theory as the main theoretical basis.Taking You County,Hunan as the research area,we conducted field investigations on grassroots farmers through questionnaire surveys on farmers’ personal situations,family situations,land transfer situations,land policy understanding,and the policy of "separation of three rights".In order to facilitate a preliminary understanding of farmers in You County,the article analyzes the basic situation and current status of land circulation in You County,and draws conclusions on the status of farmers’land circulation in recent years and the problems existing in land circulation in You County.Subsequently,we analyzed the factors that affect farmers’ willingness to transfer land in You County,and used SPSS software to organize and analyze research data.In the process of organizing and analyzing,we found that the Logistic binary regression model fits the data well and has certain statistical significance through the Hosmer-Lemeshow test in the model fitting analysis.We found that the factors that affect farmers’ willingness to transfer land in You County mainly include:the age of the household head,education level,health status,family population,contracted land area,participation in pension insurance,annual income,the proportion of agriculture in the annual income,and the understanding of the "separation of three rights" policy.Finally,based on the problems existing in land circulation in You County,we proposed feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote farmers’land circulation in You County from the five influencing factors of "age of the household head","health status of the household head","participation in pension insurance","contracted land area",and"understanding of the policy of separation of three rights".These suggestions include improving the rural social security system,improving the construction of land circulation platforms,and strengthening the publicity of land policies,in order to improve the efficiency of local land circulation.
