| The issues related with agriculture,farmer and rural area is one of the most important links in the process of China’s economic development.To a large extent,the speed of national economic development determines the level of development of it.As a hub connecting macro and micro economy,the issues related with agriculture,farmer and rural area forms the basis of the county economy.For 5,000 years,China has been a nation that has developed on the basis of agriculture.Only when agriculture is stable will the nation be stable.It can be seen from this that the issues related with agriculture,farmer and rural area have a bearing on the development of China’s national economy,and supporting the financial services business of agriculture,farmer and rural area plays a decisive role in the development of it.Since its establishment,Postal Savings Bank of China has injected service agriculture,farmer and rural area into its development philosophy.With the increase of market business volume and market competitiveness,the branch of PSBC in H city strengthen investment to support the development of the local real economy since the Financial Division for agriculture,farmer and rural area was established.First of all,this paper studies the development process of the financial services of agriculture,farmer and rural area financial services in the branch of PSBC in H city by collecting documents and data over the years.And through data analysis,to analyze the current marketing strategy,current situation and problems of the financial services business of agriculture,farmer and rural area.Then,this paper uses the PEST model theory to analyze the political,economic,social and technical environment of the branch of PSBC in H city.At the same time,Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the competitiveness of existing rivals,the bargaining power of agricultural business entities,the bargaining power of depositors,the substitution ability of substitutes,and the entry ability of potential competitors.This paper also uses SWOT theory to analyze strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats.Finally,it analyzes internal resources from the perspective of micro environment.The branch of PSBC in H city must optimize and adjust the development strategies as soon as possible to break through development bottlenecks and solve development problems.This paper uses STP theory to subdivide the farmer market,clarify the target market and market positioning,and integrate 4V marketing theory on the basis of 4P theory.It proposes improvements to marketing strategies and puts forward effective safeguards for its implementation of the financial services business of agriculture,farmer and rural area,which will improve the brand competitiveness of the financial of agriculture,farmer and rural area and drive the cross-marketing and linkage development of various businesses of the branch of PSBC in H city. |
