Quality Management Study Of Company Z’s Online Advertising System Project

With the rapid development of the advertising industry optimising the quality management research of Internet advertising platforms becomes more and more critical.In such a context,Company Z established Project B in order to serve segmented merchants,and Project B faced some challenges from 0 to 1,such as confusing requirements documents,lack of integration tests in the project,and poor code quality.Therefore,there are quality management issues of the project that need to be improved and upgraded.First of all,the quality data of the project obtained by querying Company Z’s online advertising system project on the project management platform,customer service platform and the team’s early daily reports,analysed the deficiencies of the project in the process of quality management,such as cluttered requirements documents,changes in requirements,laxity in the review process,irregular coding,lack of unit and integration tests,defect management issues,and the lack of a knowledge-sharing system within the team.Secondly,the PDCA cycle is applied.Secondly,using the PDCA cycle,eight quality management principles,quality indicator system construction from the quality of requirements,development quality,testing quality problems put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures,for Z company online advertising system project provides a theoretical basis.Finally,based on the above improvement suggestions,optimising the quality of requirements management,improving the quality of development,increasing the unit testing and integration testing in the testing part,and the establishment of the sharing system within the team from the second phase of the online advertising system project of Company Z,provides a good practice case for the implementation of the improvement scheme.In this paper,we believe that setting up requirement scoring standards for the requirement receiving process,setting up requirement management templates for the requirement documents written by the product at the requirement review stage,and training within the product team can improve the problem of requirement quality management.In the development phase,increasing the requirements single test,automated test,strengthening the test coverage,increasing the technical review and code checking can make the development and testing quality improved,and the quality of the product is also guaranteed.Through sharing within the team,it helps team members to improve their technical level and enhance their understanding of the business,thus improving the quality of the product.
