Research On Manufacturing Quality Of Hebei Province From The Perspective Of Green Total Factor Productivity

As a leading industry supporting the secondary industry of the national economy,the development level and quality of manufacturing directly reflect the productivity level of a country.In recent years,China's manufacturing industry has developed by leaps and bounds,which achieves dazzling achievements whether in scale,technology,or results.However,China's manufacturing industry still has a certain gap with the developed countries such as Germany and Japan in the term of development quality,China's manufacturing industry is still insufficient in the quality of development.Therefore,in order to realize the manufacturing power and become the world's manufacturing development quality-class country goal,promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry has become the focus of China's current research.Hebei Province,as an important part of China's key development strategy-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development strategy,is also china's important manufacturing province,its manufacturing development has been ahead of other provinces,but the development model has always been relatively traditional,Hebei Province's manufacturing development long-term relies on energy,resources,labor,capital and other traditional factors input.It is a typical representative of the traditional development mode of manufacturing industry in China.Obviously,under the requirement of high-quality development of China's modern manufacturing industry,the development mode of manufacturing industry in Hebei Province mainly relying on low-end factor input,over-reliance on energy and resources cannot meet the high-quality development requirements,and the energy over-consumption and environmental pollution problems causing by this development mode of Hebei Province relying on high-energy-consuming industries to promote economic are also serious.In order to promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development Strategy and accelerate the high-quality development of China's manufacturing,Hebei Province must improve the quality of manufacturing development.This paper analyzes the development quality of manufacturing industry in Hebei Province from the perspective of green total factor productivity,the main method it used is to change the traditional Cobb-Douglas production function by using the potential effect coefficient method,introducing the influence of energy and resources to obtain a new development quality function,so as to measure the quality of manufacturing development in Hebei Province.Firstly,starting from the macro level,the paper measures the development quality of the provinces in China,clarifying the gap between Hebei Province and otherprovinces.Through the comparative analysis of classification,the paper finds out the problems in Hebei Province,so as to learn the development mode of other high-quality provinces.Secondly,using the new development quality function we measured to calculate the various industries in Hebei Province,so as to clarify the gap between the manufacturing industries in Hebei Province from the perspective of green total factor productivity,and to find the trends of capital,labor,energy and resource productivity.Finally,according to the content of this paper,it is concluded that: First,the quality of manufacturing development in Hebei Province ranks low among provinces across the country.Second,the quality of manufacturing development in Hebei Province is lower than that in Beijing and Tianjin,and lower than in most of the Northeast and the provinces of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.Third,the quality of resource processing industry in Hebei Province's manufacturing industry is poor relatively,the development quality of mechanical and electrical manufacturing industry is the highest,so the manufacturing development should focus on the mechanical and electrical manufacturing industry.Fourth,the "Driven" industries in Hebei Province have a clear driving effect on the quality improvement of its overall manufacturing industry.
