Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Willingness To Participate In Land Trusteeship In Altay Prefecture

As is known to all,agriculture is a fundamental part in the development of modern social economy.However,the original small-scale operation mode gradually restricted the development of rural productive forces due to the influence of rural social and economic development.As a new mode of large-scale land management,land trusteeship can reduce the wastage of rural land,optimize and integrate rural land resources,and ensure the safety of rural arable land.However,in the process of land trust development,farmers’ land trust behavior will be affected by factors such as themselves and their families,thus restricting the development of land trust.Therefore,it is of certain significance to study farmers’ land trust behavior and factors affecting their participation in land trust.This paper investigates the peasant households in Altay area and divides them into total peasant households,agricultural production-oriented peasant households and work-oriented peasant households.Through mathematical statistics and empirical analysis,the influence variables are selected from the above four dimensions based on the individual characteristics of farmers,the basic family characteristics and production and operation characteristics based on the group characteristics,and the agricultural operation environment characteristics based on the macro environment.Then on the basis of analyzing the current situation of Altay region,the factors affecting farmers’ participation in land trusteeship are obtained through empirical analysis,and the differences among three types of farmers are compared.The empirical results show that the younger and more educated farmers are,the more likely they are to participate in land trusteeship.As party members of farmers,high ideological awareness of the policy understanding degree is good,more willing to participate in land trusteeship;The breadth of government policy publicity and the perfection of policies and regulations are directly proportional to the willingness to participate in land trusteeship.The deeper the breadth is,the stronger the perfection is and the stronger the willingness to participate is.The higher the non-agricultural income,the stronger the willingness to participate in land trusteeship,and the higher the non-agricultural income,the more the migrant farmers should strengthen their trust in land trusteeship to improve their willingness to participate in land trusteeship;For agricultural production farmers,the larger the land area of family operation,the more willing they are to participate in land trusteeship.At the same time,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper proposes to strengthen publicity and training to improve farmers’ cognition;Improve policies and regulations,establish land trusteeship supervision mechanism;Create local employment opportunities and ensure farmers’ off-farm income;Policy suggestions on optimizing service structure and improving service level of land trusteeship.
