Optimization Scheme Of Procurement Management For Suhua Automation Company

Suhua Automation Company(hereinafter referred to as "Suhua Company")is an automation system integrator established by Wuhan Huagong Laser Engineering Corporation Limited,which integrates R&D,production,sales and service in the field of automation.It mainly produces non-standard automation equipment in related fields such as electronic communication,semiconductor and new energy.Although the company has achieved certain results in procurement management by relying on its headquarters,there are also some problems.How to improve procurement management capabilities and achieve cost reduction and efficiency enhancement under the premise of meeting the customized needs of different customers has become a problem that Suhua Company needs to face and solve.Firstly,this dissertation introduces the development history and organizational structure of Suhua Company,specifically expounds the company’s procurement management system process,supplier management and price control,analyzes the main problems existing in the company’s current procurement management in demand output,material classification,supplier management,cost control and information,and explores the basic causes of these problems.On this basis,the optimization objectives and principles of Suhua Company’s procurement management are clarified,and the optimization solutions are proposed based on the material classification model of Kraljic Matrix.First,the classification and refinement of the procurement strategy of the company’s purchased materials is segmented;Second,differentiated supplier management strategies according to different types of materials is adopted;Third,the cost control means on the basis of improving the level of material classification and supplier management are strengthened;Fourth,the informatization level and the optimization process of Suhua Company are improved.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,the dissertation puts forward safeguard measures from the aspects of building a promotion group,strengthening the internal publicity of the company,and improving the process and mechanism.Finally,the dissertation analyzes the expected effect of the implementation of the optimization scheme of procurement management for Suhua Company,and discusses the sustainable improvement tactics for the scheme.
