| In the Uka era,with the development of information technology,enterprises are facing great uncertainty.It’s necessary to organize reform and innovation to improve company’s competence.Finance’s reform plays an important role on company’s development as it supports to business.Company A is the highest-ranked in annually Guangzhou’s export amount,and it is under a global company group,which is representative.The thesis aims to use related theories to provide solutions to the problems in company A,and to provide reference for similar companies in the initial stage of shared service reform.The research is based on literature collection and field survey.Firstly,by reviewing theories of the shared service and process re-engineering,there is a systematic summary of its concept,development history,feasibility and experience.Secondly,taking strategy into consideration to analysis company A’s problems faced in the financial process in terms of reimbursement,account payable,account receivable and fixed assets management.Then specific solutions are proposed based on theories.Thirdly,there are some suggestions on the practice,improvement,result of the new process,and the importance are development of technology and people are highlighted.Finally there is conclusion.It’s believed in the thesis that the following relationships should be noted: Integration of business and finance,the efficiency and risk of flat organization construction,talent training and cost-effectiveness,the standardization and flexibility of the process. |
