The reform of equity separation implemented in 2005 granted the right of circulation of non-tradable shares.China’s stock market is gradually ushered in the era of full circulation.After restricting the stock circulation right,the "reduction business" service of major shareholders has become one of the key businesses of securities companies.The development of securities companies is based on customers,and the reduction business is directly oriented to the shareholders of listed companies.Compared with traditional retail customers,high-end customers of listed companies have stronger stickiness and large amount of assets,which can bring huge benefits to the company.Since its establishment in 2019,CS Business Department has been actively exploring the Hunan market on the basis of "reducing the business" service.Up to now,there are 14 cooperative listed companies,and the business department serves more than 200 shareholders of listed companies,achieving a reduction of 900 million yuan and assets under management of 4 billion 500 million yuan.However,with the gradually fierce competition in the business market,the policy impact and customer demand have brought a certain impact on the "shareholding reduction business" service of the CS business department.This paper investigates and analyzes the marketing status of the "reducing the business" service of the CS business department through literature search,questionnaire survey and data statistics.In terms of the methods,First,PEST analysis method is adopted to master the overall macro environment of reducing "reduction business",Comprehensive analysis of CS business department and competitors by SWOT analysis method,Then,combining the content and characteristics of the "underweight reduction business" service,Based on the problems existing in the 7Ps marketing strategy,Finally,the target marketing strategy(STP)is adopted to make specific market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning for the "reduction reduction business" of CS business department,Finally,combining with the 7Ps service marketing combination strategy theory,Provide the corresponding solution,So as to improve the overall quality of CS business "reduction business" service marketing of C S business department,To increase the market share.In this paper on the basis of marketing related theory,analyzes the comprehensive quality of CS business department marketing staff,existing channels,"holdings" service "business" tangible problems,etc.,put forward the corresponding solutions,realize the optimization of marketing strategy combination,the CS business department into Hunan regional holdings business industry benchmarking,realize the double breakthrough of brand reputation.
