Under the background of the downturn of the international economic form,the slowdown of domestic economic development and the strict supervision of the financial industry,securities businesses have experienced many years of stock market disasters.With the acceleration of the reform process of the domestic capital market in recent years,it has become an important direction for major securities firms to promote the integration and differentiation of the securities industry,and whether they can make full use of their own advantages to accurately position the development of enterprises,optimize the allocation of resources,and achieve transformation and development in the environment of facing development opportunities and challenges at the same time.As a traditional securities firm,a securities company has a certain advantage in brokerage business due to its regional advantages,but now the securities company is facing severe competition within the industry,the impact of Internet Finance and other problems,and the company’s market share is shrinking,and its advantage is no longer.In 2019,the brokerage business income of the company accounted for 22.95%,which is not far from the 21.85% of the whole industry,but there is still a certain gap compared with the average of the net income of the top ten securities companies in the industry.The source of brokerage income of a securities company is the company’s wealth management department.This paper takes A Securities Company as the main object of study.Through the study,we know that the enterprise has many shortcomings in the process of carrying out performance appraisal,such as the assessment target,unreasonable cycle,unable to timely feedback at the end of the assessment,etc.These problems need to be further improved.In addition,because the author pays close attention to the content of human resource performance appraisal,I hope to further explore the knowledge of related fields.Moreover,I once participated in the management of the small business team of the bank.Therefore,this paper combined with the specific situation of A securities enterprise performance assessment,professional knowledge and specific operation to help the enterprise to develop A set of scientific performance assessment optimization plan,so that the enterprise can efficiently complete the human resources management work.When the author formulate countermeasures proposed A securities company wealth management department may merge multiple forms of assessment methods,the reporting on activities,together,from the perspective of,assessment and feedback,and application results,and other wealth management department of A securities company personnel,improve the indicating implementation programs need to stand in the organization and the system two aspects to provide security,The final effect of the final evaluation.
