Securities industry plays an important role in financial development.Although China’s securities industry only has a history of more than 30 years,its influence is enough to show its importance as a "barometer" of China’s economy.With the deepening of the globalization of global economy and the deepening of Chinese opening to the outside world,the overall competitiveness of domestic financial market has undoubtedly been enhanced.In order to cope with the changes of the market and industry,domestic brokerages have put forward the wealth management transformation of brokerage business.However,in the process of business transformation and development,a series of problems are inevitably exposed.Some securities companies mainly reduce labor costs and increase tasks in the transformation mode.In the short term,it can rapidly increase profits and income,but in the long run,it restricts the development of the company.Y Business Department of H Securities Company is faced with problems such as low employee participation and low transformation effect in its current business transformation.From the perspective of corporate strategic development,it can actively deal with the dilemma of transformation through goal setting and performance management,among which performance management is an effective tool for enterprises to implement strategies.Through performance management,strategic objectives are decomposed and implemented layer by layer.Help the company to achieve strategic transformation and development,maintain brand competitiveness.In the context of strategic transformation of H Securities Company,this paper analyzes the current performance appraisal status of Y business Department of H Securities Company,finds the existing problems,puts forward feasible suggestions,and expounds specific safeguard measures,so as to make the development of Y business department meet the development requirements of the company’s strategic transformation.The article is divided into six parts.The first chapter describes the background and significance of the topic,as well as the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the main research contents and methods.The second chapter firstly defines the concept and basic characteristics of performance and performance appraisal,and states relevant performance management tools and incentive theory.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of H Securities Company and Y business Department,describes the current performance appraisal content and appraisal cycle of Y business Department,and understands the existing problems of the current performance appraisal system and analyzes the causes by sending questionnaires.The fourth chapter uses the balanced scorecard to design the four aspects of "financial dimension indicator","customer dimension indicator","internal process indicator" and "learning and growth dimension indicator" of the performance appraisal of Y business Department of H Securities Company,and optimizes the process management of the performance appraisal of the business department by improving the performance appraisal process,appraisal cycle and appraisal subject.The fifth chapter provides strong safeguard measures to optimize the content of the article.The sixth chapter summarizes the content of the full text,puts forward the shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to the future development direction of the paper.This paper aims to solve the problems existing in the performance appraisal of Y business Department of H Securities Company and find out practical solutions.From the point of view of industry development,the problems faced by the Y department of H Securities Company are also the common problems of other securities business departments with traditional business as the main source of income.Therefore,it is hoped that this paper will provide reference value for the development of the performance appraisal system of the business department of other Chinese securities brokerages.
