G Company is a Apparel Retail Enterprise,in recent years,the employee turnover rate has increased year by year.The voluntary turnover rate in 2021 is 27%,far exceeding the market average.Employee’s huge resignation has a certain impact on the company’s sales performance.The company’s huge loss of employees is mainly due to the rapid development of the Chinese market.With the changes in the domestic and foreign environment,some international brands are rushing to China to open up the market,and more companies have joined the ranks of reform,transformation and upgrading to adapt to the new market environment,which means that more companies’ personnel allocation of the company also needs to be reorganized and optimized.Many companies are recruiting in large numbers,hoping to attract more excellent talents.Since the first half of 2022,Firstly the continuous impact of the epidemic and the shutdown of some cities have changed the mix of the talent market.With the effective control of the epidemic and the support of policies,China’s economy has been gradually recovering since May and activity in the job market is gradually recovering.Secondly,the return of foreign employees of multinational companies from Europe and the United States requires top local managers with international perspectives to fill the vacancies.Not only that,the BCI incident catalyzed the rapid development of localized companies(Anta,Li Ning,etc.)and be stablished in Shanghai as Global headquarters in using high salaries and high-end benefits to attract talents.In response to the above changes in the talent market,the turnover of employees of G company has become more and more serious.If international brands want to take root in China and continue to develop,the attraction and retention of talents is also the top priority.This paper takes a wholly foreign-owned garment enterprise such as G Company as an analysis case to study the reasons and countermeasures for employee turnover.This paper expounds the background,significance and research methods of G company,and reviews the reasons and models of employee turnover by reviewing the literature,mainly using the hierarchy of needs theory,three classic turnover models and two-factor motivation theory.Do a theoretical review.Introduce the industry background,company profile and employee turnover of G company.Through the descriptive statistics of the company’s employee turnover and the use of data mining methods to understand the company’s resignation portraits and establish a resignation employee model.At the same time,the Delphi method and the questionnaire survey method are used to conduct in-depth investigations on the resigned employees to understand the specific reasons for resignation.Finally,it analyzes the countermeasures of the reasons for the employees’ resignation.This article is for the G company employee turnover analysis.Employee turnover is a common problem faced by almost every company in various industries.Although the G company mentioned in this article has its particularity,in the process of studying the employee turnover of the use of analysis methods and ideas for other companies also have a certain reference effect.
