With the rapid development of the world internet industry,the Internet industry of China has grown to be able to counterbalance the traditional manufacturing industry,and gradually infiltrate into people's lives,especially changing the way of life,including shopping,travel and so on.It is also because of the short time,the speed of development,the Internet industry has been face a serious problem:the talent gap.In recent years,there has been a competition for talented people between enterprises all the time,in 2013,Internet industry turnover rate was 25.8 percent,far above the national average,ranked in the top three.By 2016,the rate of employee turnover in the Internet industry has risen to 36 percent,and the loss of employees,especially in core technology,is becoming more and more serious.In this thesis,the author summarizes the existing studies on turnover at home and abroad,constructs a model of influencing factors of employee turnover in Internet companies,and puts forward some hypotheses.Finally,by designing and issuing questionnaires,using SPSS 20.0 statistical software to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,multivariate regression analysis and single factor variance analysis and other data analysis methods,the hypothesis test is carried out.The results shows that nine factors such as opportunity,kinship responsibility,job participation and autonomy,job stress,employee training,promotion opportunity,salary,The ability of colleagues to work ability and cooperation,leadership support and affirmation have significant effects on employee turnover.According to the conclusion,the author puts forward the suggestion of human resources management for Internet companies.Firstly,as human resource managers,they should change their thinking,face up to the current situation of talent competition,and provide individualized human resources service.Secondly,it is suggested to optimize the Corporate human resources management policy from the following aspects:to improve the staff training system,to strengthen the effectiveness of training,to optimize the staff promotion channels,and to improve the career planning path.Build a fair compensation system,formulate a flexible adjustment of compensation system;carry out regular employee parent-child activities to enhance employee satisfaction,and so on.
