As the global economic exchange and interaction, multinational companies have become the main theme in today’s world economic development. Multinational company is an organization that owns or controls production of goods or services in one or more countries other than their home country. Although with the opening economic of global economic, the differences between countries in culture are apparent. These differences may cause some problems and obstacles to the development of multinational companies oversee.The turnover of mid-level and senior managers in multinational company refers to the relationship between managers and company is broken off or changed. Turnover includes the inflows and outflows. Mid-level and senior managers in the enterprise play a key role; they are system makers, and guiding enterprise’s development direction. The strategic planning and analysis are considerable discussion by the high-level managers. They control the key resources and important information of enterprises. So the loss of mid-level and senior managers for multinational companies is not only a loss of human resources, but also the loss of information resources. When companies need recruit new managers, they also should pay more attention.In the paper, mainly analyses the factors that influence the turnover of mid-level and senior managers in multinational company, from the perspective of psychology, management and economics. Using the method of questionnaire survey, the paper makes a systemic analysis and research for the main factors that influencing the loss of mid-level and senior managers in multinational enterprises. The key factors are:industry development prospects, the style of leadership, a good interpersonal relationship within the enterprise, the promotion prospect as well as reasonable salary system etc.; Finally it is concluded that the feasibility strategy deal with the loss of mid-level managers multinational enterprises, mainly include: establishing and perfecting a reasonable recruitment system, establishing reasonable salary system, implementing a fair promotion system, providing more training opportunities, creating a good enterprise culture atmosphere, increases employee’s family welfare.
