Research On NI Sales Process Improvement For T Elevator Company

In the past 20 years,the domestic real estate market has grown rapidly,and the elevator industry,driven by it,is also developed rapidly.Whether the elevator market capacity,or the number of elevator companies are in a continuous upward trend.However,in recent years,the domestic real estate market has undergone fundamental changes,and the elevator industry has also adjusted accordingly.There is a problem of oversupply.In this case,the competition in this industry is intensifying.In order to achieve the sales target,how to improve the sales capacity has become the focus of each elevator company.Only by optimizing NI Sales process continuously,improving the response speed to customers,and meeting customer needs efficiently can we win the opportunity in the fierce market competition.Based on the author’s many years of experience in process improvement,taking T Elevator Company as the research object,combined with the process improvement theory,using interview and data analysis etc.,as research methods,this paper identifies the immature pricing tools in NI Sales process,the pre-offer process is too long,the overlapping functions of tender review and contract management,and the problems of urgent delivery needs are not met.Further analyze the root causes of the problems and formulate corresponding improvement schemes which have improved NI Sales pricing tool,shortened the pre-offer approval process for projects,integrated tender review and contract management functions,and established an emergency delivery process.The improvement scheme proposed in this paper has improved the efficiency of NI Sales process,and eventually the company and NI Sales related personnel will get benefits.There are many commonalities in the sales activities of NI Sales in domestic elevator industry,and I believe that the research on the improvement of the NI Sales process of elevator enterprises in this paper can bring certain reference to the improvement of the efficiency of the NI Sales process of the entire elevator industry in China.
