| The maintenance quality of EMU is particularly important,and the bogie is the running part of EMU,and its maintenance quality is the top priority.The traditional quality control methods are inefficient and ineffective,which can not be adapt to the increase of the number of production tasks.Therefore,how to improve the work efficiency and product quality of EMU bogie maintenance has become a very important problem for every engineer.The quality control of EMU bogie maintenance project in JC rail transit equipment company is taken as the research object.By reading a large number of documents,this paper analyzes the research status of quality control at home and abroad,expounds the relevant theories of quality control of EMU bogie maintenance project of rail transit equipment company,introduces the ideas,methods and tools of quality control,and expounds the PDCA theory,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through investigation and research,combined with the project characteristics of JC company,based on the PDCA cycle idea and the application of quality tools,The improvement scheme of quality control is put forward from four stages:quality planning,planning implementation,effect inspection and summary.The implementation effect of the scheme is evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The final evaluation grade is excellent,which shows that the implementation of the quality control scheme plays a role in improving the quality of products.The specific measures to ensure the implementation of the quality improvement plan are given from four aspects: leadership attention,technical support,cultural communication and training and learning.13 Figures;11 Tables;58 References... |
