In order to promote economic development,many countries have gradually increased the infrastructure construction such as rail transit.The global rail transit equipment industry is becoming more active and the market demand is gradually released.This provides a rare opportunity for QSY Company to accelerate the layout of international business.At the same time,"the Belt and Road Initiative " strategy also brings opportunities to the development of rail transportation,vigorously promote the company to "go out".However,"go out" means that the QSY Company should compete with more advanced and powerful multinational companies on the international market.Competition with advanced companies,quality is the way to win.However,due to the influence of various factors,the quality management level of QSY Company has seen a more serious slide now,which is more and more dissimilar with its peers.This will force QSY Company to continuously improve product quality and service level and accumulate competitive advantage.In this paper,the quality control of the QSY company bogie project is the main research object.First,this paper describes the implementation process of the QSY company bogie project and the status of the quality management of the framework project.From the two stage of bogie trial production and batch production,in-depth analysis of main problems in the quality control of bogie project,At the same time,combining with the related theories of project quality management,aiming at the two aspects of prevention before the problem and the solution after the problem,this paper draws the main reasons for the quality management of the framework project: The quality risk management of the production process is missing,and the potential failure mode can not be dealt with when the product is tested;There is no control on the change of the six elements in the field,and it is very easy to have major quality problems;The stability of the process is not enough,and the quality of the product can not be monitored and prevented when the quality of the product fluctuates;The quality control is on the surface,and there is no in-depth statistical analysis when the quality problems arise,and the quality problem is easy to repeat.Secondly,according to the main causes of the quality management problems of QSY Company,the corresponding countermeasures are formulated: using PFMEA and combining control plan to eliminate the failure mode before trial production;The six element change point management is implemented to control the planned and sudden abnormality of the production site and reduce the fluctuation of the quality;Strengthen the control of statistical process,improve the stability of production,monitor the quality of products and discover the trend of quality change in advance;Using the quality problem solving method 8D to excavate the cause of quality problems and prevent the repeated quality problems.Finally,building the project effective protection measures for quality control,including Optimization of organizational structure;establish the quality management system to ensure effective quality control;carry out mass cultural activities,the establishment of people-oriented enterprise quality culture;through the construction of quality management information system,standardize information transfer and processing quality of the product process.Through the model and method about that project quality management obtained by the research of the bogie project quality control,it provides relevant theoretical basis and practical experience for quality control of other products of QSY Company,and improves the quality control level of QSY Company,so as to improve product quality and market competitiveness.At the same time,the theory mentioned in this paper can also be applied to similar enterprises,and has certain reference and reference value for similar enterprises.
