| The iteration of mobile payment technology,the update of logistics and distribution,and the improvement of interconnection technology affect people’s consumption habits and consumption patterns.The catering industry has also transformed from traditional store operations to a new model of "dine-in + takeaway".The new crown epidemic has led to rapid changes in people’s dining habits.Takeaway has become the first choice for many people’s work meals.Therefore,the takeaway business of many catering businesses is also getting bigger and bigger.So how can the catering platform develop better under the support and management of national policies,provide customers with good services,and allow merchants to make money in the process of opening stores on the platform,which has become the core problem to be solved by the takeaway catering platform.This paper takes the A catering takeaway platform as the research object,focuses on the relevant strategies of the catering business operation of the A platform,analyzes the possible problems in the operation of the platform,and deeply studies the reasons behind it,so as to find the corresponding solutions.First of all,this paper introduces the development of the food delivery industry and relevant national policies,and sorts out the current theoretical basis and relevant research results on the analysis of food delivery platform merchants and the operation of food delivery platform merchants,so as to lay a good theoretical foundation for the study.Secondly,starting from the operation status of the catering merchants on the A platform,it deeply analyzes the catering business model,classification method,management model and operation structure of the A platform.Combined with the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the relevant data of the merchant operation of the A platform,three problems in the operation of the catering merchants of the A platform are put forward.In the process of finding solutions,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,mainly the complex types of catering businesses,the complex business operation models and the complex structure of business operation teams.Then a solution is proposed: re-divide the merchant types according to the business circle model,give the corresponding merchant growth points,and match the corresponding operation strategy to realize the iteration of the platform merchant type;on the basis of adjusting the structure of the merchant operation team,re-divide the merchant operation business.The operation mode of catering merchants is restructured according to the corresponding resources of the business line;the product tools operated by the merchants are reorganized,combined with "cloud technology" to open up the product tool database,and unify all business line indicators to realize the unified operation of all product tools on the platform improve efficiency.Finally,it is hoped that the research and analysis results of this paper can help platform A find better strategies in the operation of catering businesses,so as to better serve catering businesses and facilitate the rapid development of the online economy. |
