With the improvement of the e-commerce system and the change of consumption ideas, Online to offline trading patterns gradually entered people's life. O2 O take-out platform business model is one of the many O2 O model, it was quickly applied business model in recent years. Nowadays, O2 O take-away market competition is intense, relevant enterprises to take-away market share in the beer, Successively in the form of money subsidies consumers seize market. However, for the takeout platform enterprise, rapid mode of commercial operation is not sustainable; For the whole market, food safety problems, logistics distribution, business qualifications and so on all need be solved. Many scholars study on evaluation of O2 O take-out platform business model, but did not form a unified evaluation standard. Therefore, to establish scientific evaluation index system and selection of effective evaluation method O2 O take-out platform business model evaluation research has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper, based on the theory of value chain and value net, through the literature research methods, From the value proposition, value creation and value capture three dimensions determine the consumer value, business value, operation ability, profitability four level of evaluation index. Through analyzing each indicator for further,constructed by three level indicators of O2 O take-out platform business model evaluation index system. Select the evaluation method of this article is the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this method is based on fuzzy mathematics, can well solve the due to the factors of quantitative boundary is not clear, not easily lead to fuzzy problems, can make objective and fair evaluation results and high credibility. This paper chose the baidu delivery companies as empirical research object, through the questionnaire way to obtain firsthand material related to the business model evaluation index score, so as to verify the feasibility of evaluation model.Through the in-depth study of literature, this paper concluded: O2 O platform business model evaluation can be delivered from the customer value, business value, operation ability, profit ability from four aspects to carry on the comprehensive evaluation. Verified by empirical research and analysis, in this paper, the evaluation model is applied to the business value, operation ability, profitability has rationality in the assessment of business model. So can use this method to the O2 O take-out platform business model for comprehensive evaluation, find out the weak link and put forward reasonable optimization to improve the difference values calculated sequence.
