With the continuous development of China's economy,the per capita income increases,the consumption concept is updated,the market is more active,the catering demand of households and individuals is increasing,and the catering market has great potential.With the continuous development of network technology and its application scope expands,the Internet as a food and beverage industry provides a more broad prospects for development,to promote the food industry to a big change,a combination of both to achieve the 1 + 1 > 2 effect of service.The business model of catering take-out O2 O has attracted the attention of many merchants,and more and more enterprises have started to enter the catering take-out O2 O market.LM catering take-out enterprise is one of the earliest online ordering platforms in China,and its business model also faces various changes and crises brought by market changes in operation.Therefore,how to adapt to the development trend to optimize the O2 O business model of LM catering take-out enterprise to promote better development of enterprises is the main objective of this paper.This paper adopted the research methods such as literature retrieval method,interview investigation method,the analysis of the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods such as premise,refer to the related theory and literature review,analyzes the development status quo of O2 O and catering takeout industry the development of O2 O business model.Combination of the elements of the business model canvas model,from product interface(including Value Propositions),the customer interface(including Customer Segments,Channels,Customer Relationships),infrastructure interface(including Core Capabilities,Key Actibities,Key Partnerships),the finance interface(including Cost Structure,Revenue Streamse)four interface,nine factors of LM catering take-out enterprise for detailed analysis and find out the main problems existing in the O2 O business model of LM catering take-out enterprise and propose the optimization plan.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation business model optimization,LM catering take-out enterprise from financing guarantee,information system construction,employees structure,enterprise culture and so on various aspects to build the more perfect safeguard measures,by optimization of business model to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the optimization of LM catering take-out enterprise O2 O business model research,not only can help enterprises to optimize their existing business model,a reasonable strategic and tactical decisions,create further development opportunity for the enterprise,for other food take-away O2 O business model to provide some reference.
