| With the deepening of economic and trade globalization and the establishment of free trade zones in various countries and regions one after another,trade across countries and regions has become more frequent and transaction costs have been further reduced,further promoting the development of global supply chains.Many enterprises are completing the layout of resources for their globalization strategy at this historical moment,and establishing their own supply chains around the world to achieve stability and security,so that their business can grow and develop significantly and enhance their international competition.One of the important links in the supply chain is procurement,which is the bridge between manufacturing and supplying enterprises and an important means to ensure the stable and safe supply of raw materials required for production.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises need to establish and improve procurement management,which can effectively improve their core competitiveness.In this paper,we use the theories of supply chain management and lean management,literature analysis and empirical investigation,and a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to study the material procurement management of manufacturing enterprise A.We deeply study the current situation of material procurement management,dig deeper into the problems of material procurement management,analyze the reasons for the problems,from optimizing the procurement operation process,strengthening supplier management,optimizing procurement mode In addition,we optimize the procurement process,strengthen the risk control,strengthen the information construction,and improve the quality of procurement management personnel,and standardize and systematize these optimization measures with information system,and implement and promote them.Through the implementation and promotion of optimization measures,it can effectively help manufacturing enterprise A to optimize the material procurement process,establish a good supplier network,achieve win-win situation with suppliers,optimize material procurement mode,reduce material procurement cost,improve the efficiency of material procurement operation and effectively control various material procurement risks,which has important practical significance for manufacturing enterprise A.Through the application of optimization measures,the supply chain management theory is verified and enriched,and has certain theoretical significance. |
