With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous increase of GDP,the market environment of enterprises is undergoing earth-shaking changes,and market competition is becoming more and more fierce.If a company wants to improve its core competitiveness and maintain a stable competitive advantage,it must focus on its core business and entrust its logistics business to more professional logistics providers.Therefore,logistics providers have become the key to enhancing market competitiveness.factor.Appropriate logistics providers will directly play a positive role in the economy of the enterprise,so it is very important to choose logistics providers scientifically and rationally.In view of this,this article reads a large number of domestic and foreign literature,and uses fuzzy set theory,fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making theory and logistics supplier selection and other related theories to construct a fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method for logistics supplier selection.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the principle of selecting evaluation indicators for logistics suppliers,combined with the actual situation,a set of evaluation indicator systems for logistics suppliers that comprehensively consider qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators is refined and built,and appropriate data types are selected according to the nature of different indicators.Describe the evaluation value of the indicator.In view of the fact that the mutual conversion between different data types may cause the loss or distortion of the original data,it is proposed to describe quantitative indicators with precise values,and qualitative indicators with triangular fuzzy numbers.The quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators are calculated independently,and finally Data of different information types are shared under the same measurement standard,so it effectively solves the problem of the incompatibility of mixed data types in the indicator system,and then obtains accurate decision-making results.(2)According to the constructed evaluation index system for logistics supplier selection,and based on the principle of multi-attribute group decision-making method,aiming at the ambiguity in realistic decision-making problems,a fuzzy combination of triangular fuzzy number and multi-attribute group decision-making method is proposed.Multi-attribute group decision-making method.Firstly,by integrating fuzzy network analysis method and entropy weight method,the weight of attributes is comprehensively considered from a subjective and objective perspective;then,according to the TODIM method,maximum entropy criterion and group consistency principle in prospect theory,the decision-maker weight optimization model is constructed,and then Determine the weight of the decision maker;finally,the alternatives are sorted by the fuzzy gray correlation TOPSIS method with improved cosine similarity distance,and the best alternative is selected.This paper constructs a logistics supplier selection model based on fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making,further enriches the fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method,and also plays a certain reference role for other similar enterprises.
