| With the development of economy and society,the needs of taxpayers are becoming more and more diversified.The general means of improving tax service such as improving the environment of tax service hall and improving the service attitude of tax personnel can no longer meet the needs of current taxpayers.Tax authorities have been actively promoting the modernization reform of tax administration,promoting the highly integration of information technology and tax business,and striving to create a more efficient and convenient tax payment service system.Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019,tax authorities have vigorously promoted "contactless" tax payment services to provide taxpayers with better services in order to meet the requirements of not gathering people and not meeting tax authorities.This paper introduced F city revenue and expand the "contactless" tax service field research,the present status analysis of the current "contactless" tax service coverage and usage,by conducting a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,found in the "contactless" tax service vigorously promote cases,although has obtained certain achievements,but there are still some problems.First,the coverage of "contactless" tax payment service still exists in F City,which leads to the "failure" of many tax-related businesses of taxpayers by "contactless" means.Second,the current "contactless" tax payment service in F city has the problem of low quality in the service process.Some businesses are blocked due to some reasons in the processing process and must be dealt with in the tax service hall,resulting in the "failure" of some businesses in a specific time and process.Third,taxpayers’ experience of "contactless" tax payment service in F city is not good,with complicated process,low efficiency,frequent disturbance and other problems,leading to taxpayers’ feeling of "unusable" in the process of handling.Centering on the problems existing in tax payment service,this paper analyzes the overall planning and design,system and process adjustment,information system construction,operation and maintenance system,tax personnel allocation,tax payment service concept and other aspects of the Tax Bureau of F city,and explores the causes of such problems.In order to optimize the tax service,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions on improving the overall planning,simplifying the tax process,optimizing the construction of information system,perfecting the operation and maintenance guarantee,strengthening the training of talents and attaching importance to the needs of taxpayers. |
