Exploration On The Application Of Contactless Tourism Services In Island Fishing Villages Under Digital China

At present,under the guidance of the national strategy of "Digital China",the digital economy is deeply penetrating and promoting the high-quality development of tourism.With the help of artificial intelligence and cloud computing,as well as human-computer interaction technologies such as authentication provided by blockchain,it has effectively promoted the digital integration of tourism resources,the upgrading of products and services,the interaction of host and guest information,the construction of brand image and the fundamental transformation of destination management in tourism destinations,the digital economy has become a new engine for the development,transformation and upgrading of tourism destinations and a new driving force for improving economic quality and efficiency.As an urgent need for the transformation and upgrading of the marine tourism industry,which plays an important role in driving the growth of the marine economy,this study will raise the "contactless" tourism service consumption willingness of tourists under human-computer interaction as a scientific issue,select West Island of Sanya as the research object,based on the demand of tourists,this paper discusses the research of human-computer interactive tourism service model based on intelligent computer technology in island fishing villages,so as to better promote the transformation and upgrading of island fishing village tourism industry and improve the ability of sustainable development of tourism.First of all,the study defines the concept of human-computer interactive "contactless" tourism service by integrating the research of domestic and foreign scholars,based on tourism demand,tourism consumption behavior,tourism services and relevant theories of KANO model,lay a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Then go deep into Sanya West Island to carry out research,interview and analysis on the participants of economic activities such as tourists,administrators and business operators.Specifically,the KANO model is used to construct a questionnaire based on the "contactless" tourism service needs of tourists,SPSS24.0 software was used to process the questionnaire data by factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistics analysis and correlation analysis.In this way,the final priority division of tourist service needs can be obtained.Based on the results of questionnaires and in-depth interviews,this paper uses SWOT analysis to summarize the current development status,conditions,problems and deficiencies of "contactless" tourism services in Sanya West Island,and then it expounds the necessity and feasibility of introducing human-computer interactive tourism services in West Island.Finally,the study combines the actual development of the comprehensive evaluation of the "contactless" tourism service demand of West Island tourists and the development conditions under the SWOT analysis method,and drawing on the successful experience of human-computer interactive tourism services at home and abroad.Put forward the development strategy of the "contactless" tourism service mode in Sanya West Island,it provides suggestions for the development of tourism services for the construction of human-computer interactive tourism in island fishing villages in China,and also provides reference for the transformation and upgrading of island tourism industry at home and abroad.
