| The current great changes unseen in a century and the COVID-19 pandemic are intertwined.China’s economy is facing the triple pressures of demand contraction,supply shock,and weakening expectations.Market operation risks are gradually spreading to commercial banks.The narrowing interest margin brought by serving the real economy,the rising failure rate of asset business under the background of the epidemic,the chaos of the banking market,the frequent occurrence of internal and external cases,and the booming development of Internet finance have put forward higher requirements and challenges to the operation and service level of commercial banks.Changes in internal and external environment force commercial banks to seek benefits from management.Lean management cannot be separated from continuous process optimization.Counter business process optimization is an important measure for commercial banks to continuously improve their service ability and management level.On the basis of explaining relevant theories,this paper uses case analysis method to take Shandong Branch of YZ Bank as the research object,and systematically summarizes the basic situation and operation mode of centralized counter business of Shandong Branch of YZ Bank.By means of literature research,case analysis and flow chart,this paper analyzes the existing processes of individual business,corporate business,audit supervision and bank-enterprise reconciliation in the counter business of YZ Bank Shandong Branch.This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in YZ Bank Shandong Branch,such as complex business process,poor customer and employee experience,waste of resources caused by repeated operations,and difficult to reflect the scale benefits of centralized operation.By applying the process optimization theory and based on the principles of ECRS(E stands for Eliminate,C stands for Combine,R stands for Rearrange and S stands for Simplify),from the perspective of customer-centered,enhanced technology application and realized resource sharing,Put forward specific process optimization scheme for existing business respectively.Based on the current situation of centralized operation of counter business of YZ Bank Shandong Branch,based on the perspective of the whole process of internal and external commercial banks as well as front,middle and back,this paper uses the process optimization theory to propose the process optimization plan and safeguard measures,which provides important theoretical support for the optimization of centralized operation process of counter business of YZ Bank Shandong Branch.This paper supplements and updates the next step process optimization studies of commercial banks based on process reengineering,and at the same time provides reference for the improvement of counter business processes at the level of first-level branches of other commercial banks. |
