| For a long time,China’s commercial Banks take network as business development of the smallest unit independent operation,different network function and independent of each other,is all product marketing,business processing,process operation,service customer,network staff directly face the customer group,high pressure,both marketing product operating pressure,and business processing operation risk,also shoulder the responsibility of business process update optimization.At the same time,due to the separation and balance of the network posts,the post allocation of the network staff is the same,but due to the influence of peripheral resource endowment,regional development characteristics,personnel business skills and other factors,resulting in a prominent contradiction between human and financial input and performance output.Such a bank operation model has the characteristics of decentralized network,decentralized management,low efficiency and wide risk points,which can no longer adapt to the competitive needs of the gradually open financial market.Many commercial Banks start business process reengineering,refactoring network business process,stripping bank branch business processing,process optimization function,form "the front desk,background processing" business centralized operation mode,namely the front desk outlets is only responsible for the customer business acceptance,through image scanning,OCR technology,the business documents submitted to the background center,the background personnel is responsible for the subsequent business processing and accounting operations.Under the centralized operation mode of commercial banks,they can play the role of resource concentration,personnel professionalism and scale effect.However,it is worth thinking and studying whether the centralized efficiency under the different centralized operation modes is prominent,whether the risk exposure under the new process can be delayed,and whether the background centralized operation mode is good or bad.Based on the theory of business process re-engineering,this thesis analyzes the theoretical basis of the centralized background business operation of commercial banks,and introduces the mode of centralized business operation at all levels.At the same time,two large domestic and foreign commercial banks were taken as cases to analyze the centralized operation of the background business of commercial banks,sort out the current development status of the centralized operation of commercial banks and the system architecture of the centralized operation,and based on the results of the questionnaire survey.Found that the headquarters of intensive operation mode of business processing efficiency,risk control level,human resource utilization and emergency disaster preparedness management ability further improved,but the operation risk,business system and process risk,staff management and reputation risk,at the same time,the main cause of the risk is analyzed,that the risk control concept backward,the coordination between departments is not enough,internal system is not sound,and the lack of employee incentive and education training.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this thesis suggests that the commercial bank background centralized operation should adopt the headquarters mode,and provide the matching risk control optimization Suggestions,including: strengthen the consciousness of employee risk control,clear department division of labor and collaboration,improve the internal system and business process,improve the operation supervision and assessment mechanism,etc. |
