This paper reviews,summarizes and induces the domestic and aboard theory on the problem of the grass-roots operator turnover,and analyzes the negative impact caused by the grass-roots operator turnover on the base of QDCY company.In the empirical study,this paper carries the questionnaire survey on QDCY company,and refers the data on the grass-roots operator turnover of QDCY company's past 8 years,collects relevant data,uses quantitative analysis method,and hope solving the problem of the grass-roots operator turnover from the grass-roots staff salary,the primary supervisor communication and management,corporate culture,employee training,grass-roots operator's working environment and other welfare factors,in addition,this paper also analyzed the social and personal factors influence on the problem of the grass-roots operator turnover.Based on the fact of QDCY company situation of the grass-roots operator turnover and other corporation experience,this paper provides some resolutions of the problem of the grass-roots operators turnover,specifically in the grass-roots operator management,wages and welfare system,training and promotion system,working environment improvement and the manager's attitude on the problem of the grass-roots operator turnover,in addition,this paper also provides some resolutions in the view of social and individual management for improvement.At present China is still a big manufacturing country,manufacturing still occupies a very important position in China economy proportion,the paper which take most China manufacturing industry faced with the grass-roots staff turnover problems as the starting point,combining the actual situation of QDCY company,hope to offer some effective resolutions that can help manufacturing enterprises decreasing the problem in grass-roots operator turnover,and developing healthily and orderly.
