The creating model of “Anyone can be a docent” is a management innovation which is built on the basis of the positive organizational behavior theory.In this activity,according to the work standards and quality requirements,every employee in the enterprise can explain not only his or her own position,unit and culture,but also the situation and tasks,rules and regulation,post regulation,code of practices,corporate brand and team characteristics.Employees can improve their qualities by explaining their posts,and exchange experience by explaining to each other.Last but not least,they can establish the image by explaining the brand.In the 1st Production Plant of Jiangsu Oilfield,focused on the actual situation of grassroots team employees' psychological characteristics and employee education management,the management mode of “Anyone can be a docent” is created and used.Before,the concentrated education of employees was difficult to carry out,and the situation education was sometimes perfunctory,not mention that it was not easy to enhance employees' qualities.But with this creative mode,problems above are solved.The mode promotes the normalization,people-orientation,full participation of staff education and management,and breaks the road of quality enhancement which normalizes Oilfield Enterprise Education,makes it possible to self-manage and brands the teams.From the perspective of organizational behavior,the paper explores the idea,the basis,the model and the way of creation mode “Anyone can be a docent” in the 1st Oil Production Plant of Jiangsu Oilfield,analyzes the main effect on employees' quality,behavior,perception,values,attitude and image,puts forward the constructive suggestions for next step,and provides some useful references to improve the education and management effect of oil enterprises staff and to promote the health,coordinated and sustainable development of the oil companies.
