| At the same time as the e-commerce industry is booming,the amount of packaging used in the express industry is exploding.China’s express packaging waste is increasing day by day.As an industry closely related to environmental protection and sustainable development,the sharing and recycling of packaging is gradually becoming a new trend.Nowadays,shared recycling packaging is mainly promoted by third party enterprises including jingdong,shunfeng and suning.Shared recycling packaging replaces traditional carton.Because of its green,reusable,and reusable characteristics,the cost of single use is lower than traditional single-use express packaging,and the on-the-spot recycling mode has greatly reduced the waste output in the logistics process,and has really achieved packaging reduction.Therefore,in order to promote the sharing recycling packaging process and expand the use of people,so as to gradually replace the traditional single-use express packaging,this paper from the point of view of the user’s willingness to use the existing shortcomings of the current product,in order to put forward targeted improvement proposals.At first,the acceptance and use intention of green products at home and abroad are sorted out,the technology readiness and technology acceptance model are combined with the social impact theory,and the user use intention model of shared circular packaging is constructed.This model is based on the traditional acceptance model,with additional consideration of user personality traits,social environment and other factors for sharing recycling packaging adoption intentions.Based on this model,the user intention measurement scale of shared recycling packaging was designed and analyzed by using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0.Then,the influence factors of social influence,technological readiness and other factors on user intention were revealed by constructing structural equation model.Through empirical analysis of data,this paper draws the following important conclusions:perceived ease of use,social influence significantly positive impact on the user’s willingness to use,is the key factor affecting the user’s intention to use;Innovation,insecurity,perceived ease of use and social impact significantly affect perceived usefulness.Optimism,innovation,discomfort,and insecurity significantly affect perceived ease of use,while also suggesting that these four potential variables can have an indirect effect on user intentions through perceived ease of use.In order to promote the acceptance of shared recycling packaging and the popularization of shared recycling packaging,this paper will study the influence path of shared recycling packaging from the perspectives of social influence,personality characteristics and product characteristics.In order to be able to provide relevant fields of thought for scholars to follow up on the in-depth sharing of recycling packaging related research topics. |
