S Group Intelligent Transportation Project Risk Management Research

Since entering the modern society,people’s living standards have been steadily improved,and the level of urbanization has been continuously improved,making urban road traffic management more difficult.In addition,in recent years,cloud computing,big data,5G and other technologies are becoming more and more mature,therefore,intelligent transportation comes into being,which has been proved to be an effective solution to road traffic management problems.The research object of this paper is the intelligent transportation project of S Group,which is an internal long-term project team of the company.The risk factors existing in the project are identified and evaluated,and the evaluation results are prioritized,so as to build a risk management framework and propose effective safeguard measures.Firstly,this paper explains the related concepts and theoretical methods of risk management and intelligent transportation.Then,with the help of COSO-ERM(2017)theory,this study built a research framework for risk management,analyzed the current situation of risk management of the intelligent transportation project of S Group,and conducted risk management evaluation from five aspects: governance and culture,strategy and goal setting,performance,review and revision,information communication and report,using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,according to the evaluation results,the existing problems of the project are analyzed.Finally,the risk management framework of the intelligent transportation project of S Group is constructed,and targeted safeguard measures are proposed.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: The risk management of Project S urgently needs to be changed,a complete risk management framework needs to be constructed,and corresponding safeguard measures should be put forward.Risk management will become an important link of organizational management,and organizations need to build a risk management framework to enhance their ability to cope with risks,so as to achieve sustainable development goals.In the process of building a risk management framework,their own needs need to be fully considered.To design a risk management framework in line with the characteristics of the organization,it is necessary to do a good job of feedback and modification,constantly improve the framework,and give full play to the long-term role of the risk management framework.
