| China’s foreign trade development is transforming and upgrading,although,the crude development mode of winning by "quantity" in the past has enabled China’s foreign trade to develop rapidly and made China rank first in the global trade volume of goods,this "low quality" foreign trade development mode has also brought many problems.This "lowquality" foreign trade development approach has also brought about many problems.Against the background of the increasingly severe world situation and intensifying trade conflicts,China’s foreign trade development is facing unprecedented challenges.With the deepening of globalization,the relationship between finance and foreign trade has increasingly become an important force in pushing economic growth,and the interpenetration and interaction within and between regions has become more and more obvious,so the relationship between finance and trade has received increasing attention from scholars at home and abroad,this paper also intends to explore the study of the impact of technology finance on the high quality evolution of foreign commerce.In modern economies,finance and trade are two independent forces that are mutually constrained and influenced by each other.Based on a systematic review of the literature on financial evolution and foreign trade evolution at home and abroad,this paper tries to analyze how finance,which is given new impetus by science and technology,affects the evolution of foreign trade,explore the ways and effects of China’s science and technology finance on the high-quality development of foreign trade,and then put forward policy suggestions for the progress of China’s science and technology finance and the high-quality level of foreign trade,so as to realize the simultaneous progress of them.In order to achieve the synchronous development of science and technology finance and foreign trade quality development,so as to realize the "quality" of China’s economic progress.However,the existing research on the influence between science and technology finance and foreign trade is mostly focused on the influence of science and technology finance on export quality,science and technology finance on foreign trade structure,science and technology finance on export complexity,etc.,.But there is less research on the influence of the development of high quality foreign trade.Therefore,this paper will explore the impact of China’s science and technology finance on the high quality progress of foreign commerce.Firstly,through literature combing,four paths of science and technology finance affecting the high quality development of foreign commerce are analyzed,which are technology path,risk dispersion path,comparative advantage path and scale economy path.Secondly,this paper constructs the index measurement system from the connotation of science and technology finance and the high quality development of foreign commerce,and the index system of science and technology finance is divided into two perspectives of science and technology finance input and science and technology finance output,and the high quality development of foreign commerce is constructed from five dimensions of coordination,innovation,sustainability,openness and universality.The results show that China’s science and technology financial progress level is growing fast but the overall level is not high,and the level of science and technology financial progress varies greatly among different regions;the level of high quality progress of foreign commerce as a whole shows an upward trend.Among them,the growth rate of innovative progress and inclusive development is larger during the sample period,the growth rate of open progress is faster after 2016,the overall level of coordinated evolution is relatively high,and the rise of sustainable progress is smaller during the sample period,which indicates that its evolution momentum is insufficient.From the spatial structure of the high quality progress of foreign commerce,the progress level of the eastern and western regions differs greatly,and by using the kernel density estimation method to depict the spatial evolution trend of the high quality development of China’s foreign commerce,it also shows that there is a certain polarization phenomenon.On this basis,this paper uses Stata software to do panel regression analysis on the impact of science and technology finance on the high quality progress of foreign commerce.Through Hausman test this paper selects fixed effect model,the results show that China’s science and technology finance on the high quality progress of foreign commerce has a significant positive role in promoting.Further,this paper compares and analyzes the impact of science and technology finance on the high quality evolution of foreign commerce in the east,central and western regions from the regional level,and the regression results show that science and technology finance has a significant role in promoting the high quality progress of foreign commerce in the east,central and western regions,and this impact is more prominent in the eastern region.Based on the above research analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.As the development of science and technology finance in China is relatively imperfect,so the government should guide the design of strategic deployment to adapt to the development of science and technology finance in different provinces,so as to achieve the efficient development of science and technology finance;China’s foreign commerce development is more mature,we can use the phenomenon of "bipolarity",so that the first strong to bring the next strong.In addition,we can optimize the structure of science and technology finance,improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements,enhance the quality of export products and the development of high-tech industries,and further promote the high-quality development of foreign commerce. |
