Research On The Influence Of Technology Innovation And Technology Finance On High Quality Development In Hubei Province

Science and technology are the first productive force to achieve regional highquality development.However,the lack of financial capital to support technological innovation such as madrassa reflected.Hubei Province,where science and education resources are gathered,has taken the opportunity to build innovative provinces,and has taken many measures to achieve high-quality development goals and achieved remarkable results.Therefore,it is of great academic value and application prospect to carry out empirical research on the synergistic influence of technological innovation and science and technology finance on high-quality development in Hubei province.This article follows the basic framework of "proposing questions-theoretical analysis-empirical research-countermeasure research".First of all,the thesis raises questions by introducing the background of topic selection,and finds out the research perspective by combing domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,it analyzes the system structure of technological innovation and technology finance with reference to synergy theory,reveals its synergetic development mechanism,and deduces the path of synergy between the two for high-quality development.Next,taking the statistics of Hubei Province from 2009 to 2018 as a sample,empirical research was carried out in two stages.The first stage is to build a coupling degree and coupling coordination model based on a comprehensive analysis of the actual situation of technological innovation and the collaborative development of technology finance,and quantitatively analyze the degree of synergy between the two.The second stage is to use the entropyweighted TOPSIS method to measure the high-quality development level of Hubei,and empirically test the impact of technological innovation and the synergy of science and technology finance on high-quality development.Finally,based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical testing,the research conclusions are made and relevant policy recommendations are made accordingly.The results of the study show that the synergy between technological innovation and technology finance in Hubei Province is on the rise,but it is still at a low level;whether it is technological innovation,technology finance,and mutual coordination have a significant positive impact on development,among them,the promotion effect of technological innovation is more prominent;the promotion effect of science and technology finance on the expected development is weak,which is mainly due to the obvious lag in the construction of science and technology finance,which does not match with technological innovation;The government should accelerate the realization of transformation and development from the aspects of enhancing the supply capacity of science and technology finance and enhancing the degree of synergy between technological innovation and technology finance.
