Research On Risk Identification And Control Of Network Freight Business Of NT Logistics Company

In order to implement the strategic deployment of the country,standardize the freight transportation operation of the network platform,promote the healthy and rapid development of the platform economy,establish a good system of the road freight transportation market,and improve the cost reduction and efficiency of the logistics industry,in September 2019,the Interim Measures for the Operation and Management of Road Freight Transportation on the Network Platform was issued.In order to accelerate the transformation and development of car-free carriers to network freight,various regions have successively issued a series of preferential policies,and network freight has developed rapidly.Network freight is the product of modern economic environment,so it has developed rapidly in modern environment.The performance of network freight platform in the fight against new coronavirus can be seen.Its efficient resource organization ability and timely resource allocation and transportation ability are incomparable to the previous freight system.However,the network freight business involves the traditional transportation category,but also involves the modern transportation information system category,although after a few years of brutal development,because our country is still in the exploratory stage,its development still has many risks,only accurate identification and analysis,effective control of risk,can promote the smooth implementation of the logistics industry and the healthy development of the important guarantee.Therefore,this paper takes NT Logistics Company as an example to carry out scientific analysis and research on its network freight business,so as to contribute to the healthy development of network freight in China ’s logistics industry.Firstly,according to the actual situation of NT logistics company ’s network freight business problems as the starting point,and combined with the theory and analysis method of risk management,the background,basic situation and operation mode of NT logistics company ’s network freight are introduced in detail.Secondly,the risk identification and analysis of the problems existing in the network freight business of NT logistics company are carried out.After research,it is concluded that there are five main risks in the network freight business of NT logistics company :environmental risk,management risk,platform technology risk,platform service risk and cargo transportation risk.On this basis,the index weight is determined by interview method,expert scoring method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Through the comprehensive analysis of the analysis model,the evaluation result is that the overall risk of the project is in the middle level and relatively safe,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the model.Finally,according to the risk assessment results,the risk control strategies and suggestions are put forward.On the whole,this paper provides the corresponding risk management system and risk management measures for the network freight business of NT logistics company,so that the network freight can calmly deal with all kinds of risks in the implementation process,and also provides reference and experience for the network freight business of logistics companies in the same industry.
