| Under the background of high-quality development,due to the increase in innovation risks and the acceleration of technological upgrading,cooperative innovation has become a "new engine" for China’s development.However,in the innovation network,compared with the core enterprises,non-core enterprises are at a disadvantage due to the unequal power,which may inhibit their innovation vitality and face the dilemma of "how to rely on the network to develop and upgrade without losing autonomy".Therefore,in the development of innovation networks,how non-core enterprises can adopt effective strategies to continuously obtain corresponding value from innovation networks while improving their ability to create value for the network has become an important issue to promote the development of innovation networks.This paper takes "two dependencies-four enterprise strategies-dependent upgrade" as the main line to carry out research:(1)In the theoretical analysis part,the core concept of dependent upgrading is defined,and it is pointed out that the essence of achieving dependent upgrading is to adjust structural dependence and process dependence,and then select four enterprise strategies that affect their strength and weakness by the two dependencies and define the concepts.(2)In the model construction part,this paper explains the degree of dependent upgrading measured by innovation performance,and explains the relationship between four corporate strategies and innovation performance,and then explains the combination relationship between strategic variables and how to affect the upgrade result in combination,and puts forward the theoretical model of this paper.(3)In the path identification part,this paper uses the fs QCA method to analyze the configuration of four enterprise strategies and innovation performance,and extracts the non-core enterprise dependency upgrade path in this paper.This paper concludes that(1)there are five configuration results that can achieve upgrading and obtain high innovation performance,namely: high complementary resources,low open innovation,and value proposition reorganization;High open innovation,low complementary resources,value proposition reorganization;Highly complementary resources,technology diversification,value proposition reorganization;High-tech diversification,open innovation,value proposition restructuring;High-value proposition reorganization,low complementary resources,technology diversification,open innovation.(2)Put forward the dependent upgrade path of non-core enterprises,and non-core enterprises achieve their own upgrading by adjusting structural dependence and process dependence,and the technological innovation network also produces three stages: start-up,development and stability.In the innovation network,non-core enterprises can change their corporate strategies and rely on the empowerment of core enterprises to eventually achieve dependent upgrading.Based on the perspective of non-core enterprises,this paper explores their dependent upgrade paths,further enriches the theoretical research on the perspective of non-core enterprises in innovation network governance,and provides practical reference for improving the insufficient participation of non-core enterprises in innovation network governance. |
