With the unexpected and continuous spread of the COVID-19,the risk of stable operation of the enterprise supply chain has soared. The focus of academic research is not only to protect the supply chain of state-owned enterprises, but also to improve the organizational resilience of state-owned enterprises. The value of organizational resilience research is to identify the composition of its elements in different crises, different environments, and different stages, and find out the extent of their interaction in the perspective of the supply chain. In this context,It is of great significance to study how state-owned enterprises minimize the impact of external environment. Therefore, from the perspective of supply chain, this paper makes a deep exploration and research on the influencing factors of organizational resilience of a state-owned enterprise. The main points are as follows:Firstly, from the perspective of the supply chain, the screening of organizational resilience issues in the development process of a state-owned enterprise. This article takes a state-owned enterprise as a case study object and uses the fishbone analysis method to identify the problems in organizational resilience of state-owned enterprises; The second is to draw an ISM hierarchical topology diagram of the influencing factors on organizational resilience of a state-owned enterprise from the perspective of the supply chain; The third is to propose strategies to enhance the factors influencing the organizational resilience of a state-owned enterprise from the perspective of the supply chain. In terms of research results and innovative points, this article first screens, categorizes, and summarizes them from the perspective of the supply chain: at the supply chain level, the organizational resilience of a state-owned enterprise lacks predictive ability, has a relatively slow response ability, and its recovery ability is not strong enough; The second is to construct a comprehensive impact matrix for all possible influencing factors in this article.By calculating the degree of influence, degree of influence, centrality, and degree of cause,a DEMATEL scatter plot is drawn to calculate the degree of influence of the influencing indicators, and an ISM hierarchical topology map is obtained.Based on the ISM hierarchical topology map,it is concluded that the influencing factors attributed to predictive ability, reaction ability, and recovery ability include 11 causal factors and 9 outcome factors,Among a total of 20 influencing factors, human capital, organizational leadership, organizational agility, strategic consensus, and positive emotions have a higher degree of influence and centrality, further demonstrating that a state-owned enterprise is more affected by these five factor indicators;Thirdly, this article uses the DEMATEL-ISM method to form a clear and multi-level structural model, and based on the results, proposes corresponding strategies for the factors with the greatest impact. Then,it carries out the design and case practice of organizational resilience strategy improvement from the perspective of the supply chain,in order to provide feasible reference ideas and practical solutions for the organizational resilience of a stateowned enterprise.
