| With the deepening of the process of China’s marketization, competitiveenvironment of enterprises is rapidly changing. How to survive, develop and grow inthe fierce market competition is the real problem placed in front of each enterprise. Asthe main force of China’s economic development, state-owned enterprises areshouldering the heavy responsibility of the national economy and people’s livelihood.However, due to various reasons, there have been many problems in internalmanagement of state-owned enterprises, and there is a big gap between the modernenterprise management, which embodied in organizational performance. Issues suchas huge investment of resources, poor organizational efficiency and benefit, and poorsense of marketization have been long-term restricting the development ofstate-owned enterprises. Therefore, how to find a viable path to continually improveorganizational performance of state-owned enterprises is particularly important.In this context, based on personal work practices, the study summarizes thesuccessful experience of EXPWY’s organizational performance improvementin-depth. Firstly, the study gives a comprehensive analysis of the externalenvironment and the problems of EXPWY, and demonstrates the urgency ofpromoting organizational performance. Then, based on the theory of corporatestrategy and corporate governance, the study puts forward the transmissionmechanism of enhancing group organizational performance of state-owned enterprisesand path of building performance management system. Finally, based on theorymodels, around strategy, group control, organization structure, process management,internal control, informatization construction, the study gives a comprehensiveintroduction to related works of EXPWY’s organizational performance improvement,and sums up the successful experience. |
