Three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers have always been the priority missions of Chinese government.Above the three issues,land is the key which connect to the issues most closely.Land is the most important means of production for farmers.Farmers live rely on land productions which can raise family.Under the policy of poverty alleviation,we must improve the efficiency of land usage so we can improve the quality of people’s life.The changes of land usage directly affect the farmer’s living standard.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the present situation of land usage carefully and propose corresponding solutions to the problems of social security of land-lost farmers in the process of land use.In the research process,this thesis adopts the form of questionnaire survey and field interview.It takes representative landless farmers in Kaiming Village of Sheyang County as the specific research object and conducts an investigation on the current situation after their moving into Kaiming village.The scope of the research covers the different social security status quo that land-lost farmers can enjoy,and objectively analyzes the deficiencies and causes of social security of land-lost farmers in Kaiming Village.The research results are significant.In terms of social security,the problems are mainly reflected in land expropriation,social security,employment,self-consciousness and other aspects.It also draws lessons from the mature experience of dealing with such problems in advanced areas both at home and abroad and gives practical suggestions for Kaiming Village to deal with the social security of land-lost farmers reasonably according to the current policies.Most importantly,it provides references for other areas to deal with similar problems.
