A time-honored catering enterprise refers to a brand that has a long history,inherits products,skills,or services from generation to generation,and can be recognized by most consumers for a long time.In 2022,8 departments including the Ministry of Commerce proposed to promote the innovative development of time-honored brands and fully leverage their positive role in strengthening cultural confidence and building independent brands.At the same time,time-honored catering enterprises can provide certain tourist attractions for tourist destinations in terms of "five senses" and "emotions".However,based on the current research results and the general operating situation of domestic time-honored catering enterprises,we can see that only a few time-honored catering enterprises can adapt to the development of the times and remain so far.They have distinct characteristics in product innovation and organizational culture,and thus organizational performance is also improved,in order to continuously inherit,innovate,and develop.Most studies on time-honored catering enterprises have conducted in-depth discussions from the perspectives of brand development strategies,marketing methods,spatial layout,and inheritance and promotion,with little research on the use of human resources.It can be seen from relevant literature that inclusive leadership can affect employees’ job performance and performance,as well as their job engagement.At the same time,job engagement and organizational cultural identity can also affect employees’ job performance.Therefore,based on the theories of self-determination and social exchange,inclusive leadership is regarded as a antecedent variable and work performance as a result variable.At the same time,By introducing work engagement and organizational cultural identity as mediating variables and moderating variables respectively,this paper constructs a theoretical model to study the impact mechanism of inclusive leadership on job performance.Then,using time-honored catering enterprises as the research object,358 valid questionnaires were analyzed using software such as SPSS22.0,Amos24.0,and QCA4.0.Through regression analysis and qualitative comparison with fs QCA,it was found that for time-honored catering enterprises,inclusive leaders can have a positive impact on employee job performance;Work engagement plays a mediating role in the relationship between the two;Organizational cultural identity played a moderating role;At the same time,four configurations that can generate employee job performance were analyzed through fs QCA.Finally,based on the research results,appropriate suggestions were proposed to provide a certain degree of reference for time-honored catering enterprises.
